Quarter Beef Box

The way we eat beef, a ¼ will last us about 5-6 months. When you buy good beef, your leftovers will become a new delicacy, if you over cook.

We have a lot of good left over recipes. But with just a little salt and pepper, it’s rare you’ll have any left over from a good dinner.

The flavor of our beef replaces a lot of condiments and seasoning. These things cost money and you don’t need to spend that money and clutter your cupboards.

¼ BEEF BOX-

45% -Ground beef and patties

10%- Roasts

25%- Grill meats (A combination of these cuts: fajita meat, short ribs, tri tip, brisket, flank steak, sirloin, or skirt steak)

20%- Steaks (A combination of these cuts: Bone-in Ribsteak, New York strip, tenderloin or T-Bone)
